Of Chocolate and People (Part Duex) II









Being addicted on chocolate isn’t new to me. I enjoy “fine desserts” in general. And I’ve always dreamed of having my own “dessertier” or bakery في المستقبل القريب

مثلما ذكرت قبلاَ أن لأنواع الشوكولا تأثيرات مختلفة على المزاج. و اختيارنا لنوع معيّن دون الآخر يعكس جزء من شخصيتنا.

Now, based on your answers of some questions, it helps give a general indication ro some of the traits you have.



Questions:

1) Do you like to stick to one type of chocolate? (the brand doesn’t matter here, for e.g if you like milk chocolate u don’t care what the brand is as long as it’s milk chocolate)



2) Do you like to stick to one brand than the other, despite the type of the chocolate?

3) Do you like to try both, different brands AND different types of chocolate??


4) When are the times that you crave chocolate the most?


5) Is it the quality that matters or the quantity of chocolate that satisfies your craving?


6) How addictive are you to chocolate? (i.e how much cocoa intake do you do per week?)


7) If you could choose an alternative to your chocolate craving, what would it be?


8) Do you not crave chocolate at all?

Okay, I’ll stop right here, especially that I’m having my favourite fancy chocolate cake and coffee. So,

I’ll give you guys a sneak peak to the previous comments/answers I’ve gotten to analyze.

You preferring milk chocolate indicates that you have a traditional classic part in your personality. I don’t know if you like to stick to a certain brand in your choice, because that indicates something else too.

*Spikey:

Not liking dark chocolate might indicate that you don’t like having too much of a one thing, which, in general, means that in your life you prefer having a variety of things, and you prefer meeting people that are interesting in more than “one” aspect in their personality, and so on.

Not minding what type of chocolate you have in Kuwait, means that you like trying and experiencing new things in life. If you like what you tried then you make it a favourite, and if you didn’t then you don’t go there again.

*D, and Yellow:

You not liking chocolate, might indicate that you tend to be more rational than emotional? And that you use your brain more than your heart in making decisions. Either that, or you have an alternative to satisfy your addictions?

*Tweety:

Choosing milk chocolate with nuts, and (galaxy) بوجه خاص
Indicates that you are loyal to your choices in life, قنوعة

And you enjoy sharp, distinctive taste of things. You like meeting exceptional unique people. So in short, you enjoy things that have significant or special effect on you , a sweet effect that lasts. You also tend to have your own say in things, which might differ and conflict with the majority’s opinion?

hmmm personality analysis based on chocolate ... you didnt mention how many days i have left to live :P

Opening your own " Chocolatier "

from your survey questions, i noticed several things, you focused on brands, not on types of chocolate, generally, you prepare chocolate from cocao beans, finest from Belgium... i like Dark chocolate because it comes in the purest form possible, others types has loads of milk,sugar,butter...and other ingredients added to it.

personaly, i liked two Chocolate cafes, 1- Chocolate Bar Harrods, London
2- Chocolate Bar, Marina Cresent, Kuwait

resturant or cafe chocolate production process differs from brand retail of chocolate bars such as Lindt or Godiva.

so what do you really have in mind ? to open up a Godiva Like Chocolatier ? or Cafe with Chocolate speciality ?

Hmmmm, yes a personality analysis. La2ana ga3adt afakker, oo la7atht enna (with my constant observations) that people choices of chocolate does reflect a part of their personality.

Oo speaking of my survey questions, it's not a focus on brand, the focus on types of chocolate was done in the first part of the post (part I)


oooo, I crave Chocolate Bar kil cham youm :P heheh, I haven't tried the one in London, how is it?

Hmmm, what do I really have in mind.. Aana kan ebbali desertier mo choclatier. Bss if I could it would be a mixture of both,
How? I tell you how, enna eykon cafe' with chocolate speciality and in the same time after the expantion it can be a Godiva like chocolatier. Bss my question is, it is not going to be a unique idea since it's already been used up "i.e: The Chocolate Bar" wala shrayek?

Opening your own bakery is a great idea, you can sell all kind of Chocolate.

First thing, and most important, is the Location.

Second, Recipes

Third, Decore` & interior Design

You can start on paper, prepare a simple Business Plan using a Software, do a market survey, competition analysis, Cost analysis, Sales Forecast ..etc

then Have your Unique Tested Recipes Ready.

you can Start on a Small Scale " Home based Business + Web Based Sales). then if its a success, you can expand it into a shop.

I had an idea in mind, decor too, recipies not yet, I wanted to do all that little study bss ma futhait :P

Bss I agree with the small business thingy that expands later on, wala enna ey6ee7 bl chabd :P

Bss I can't make it solely chocolate! Because I love other things (Creme Brulees and Tiramisues and chocolate souffles .. etc) So a little dessertier would satisfy my shesma .. 3ad en7e6 e'3neetek malat " il beta3" bil background, oo atwaqqa3 eykon 3amal naje7 jeddan :P

One of my favourite best kept secret chocolate is from Syria and called KATAKIT.They sell it in every BAQAALA and supermarket and so so cheap in price but rich in taste.Check it out

well I don't just stick to one specific brand since i like to experiment but i do prefer some over others .. let me know if you end up opening your own bakery ..
